I have very bad anxiety about waiting. So that’s what I like about your app I can see how long the wait is. I asked for Rachel! she only had four minutes left. But then disappeared for 20 minutes! So I finally had to ask somebody what the problem was. And they said she wasn’t feeling good! but I can put you on the next available person. Which would’ve made me wait another 20 minutes! They should’ve told me ASAP possible that Rachel wasn’t feeling good and got me a haircut from somebody else. Last time I will go there!

I have used Prince Frederick location for years. Today I sat in a waiting chair for 40 minutes while one stylist vacuumed floors and then disappeared. I give this location a Poor rating and will never return after using them for years.

I have an intellectual disability, but was upset by front desk staff. Then, I asked whether the stylist had a covid vaccination, and she said no. Because I take immunosuppressive medicine, I asked her to put on a mask, but she refused. She talked me into buying a $50 bottle of shampoo. In the past, my mom trusted the staff here would help me.
