Hit or miss. Lot?s of staff turnover, so quality is never consistent. Staff Is generally friendly, but the franchise is pretty gimmicky overall. I guess your paying more for the experience than quality of haircut. You can get a better haircut at half the price at one of the locally owned/operated barber shops. Been here many, many times. My son used to like it, but once he was old enough to realize the haircut wasn?t that good, he decided to go to the local barber. Try Prince Frederick Barber Shop nearby. ?Duc? gives a much better haircut, is genuinely nice, and is always there. Same barber, all the time.

Don?t have anything terrible to say about this place, but I don?t have anything great to say about it either. I?ve been subjected to bad trims, where my short cut had stray hairs left in place, but I?m never too worried about it. The seemingly rotating cast of employees since this place first opened years ago doesn?t help anything. If you need a haircut, they will do it, but you may not go back.

Victoria was nice but she left cuts and scrapes all over my sons neck and ear. He wanted the shampoo after but he was in pain and asked to skip it. We won?t be going to her again.
